Did you know that the second Friday in January is unofficially known as National Quitter’s Day? It’s the day when many people abandon their New Year’s resolutions, often because their goals feel overwhelming or unrealistic. But here we are—a week past that milestone—and I want to encourage you. If you’ve stumbled or given up on your resolutions, it’s okay. It’s never too late to try again. And if you’ve stayed strong? Congratulations! You’re already proving to yourself that you can do this.

Good health is a combination of many things—balanced meals, regular exercise, and sustainable habits. While I’m not a doctor (and definitely don’t play one on TV), I’m here to support you in the kitchen. Whether it’s meal planning, grocery shopping tips, or easy, delicious recipes, I’m ready to help you stay on track this year.
