Week 4 - The Menu:




Monday:

  • Lunch: Chicken noodle soup with a side of whole-grain crackers

  • Dinner: Pork chops with roasted Brussels sprouts and sweet potato mash

Tuesday:

  • Lunch: Greek salad with feta and olives

  • Dinner: Beef enchiladas with black beans and rice

Wednesday:

  • Lunch: Vegetable curry with jasmine rice

  • Dinner: Baked ziti with garlic bread and a side salad

Thursday:

  • Lunch: Hummus and veggie wraps with a side of fruit

  • Dinner: Grilled chicken with quinoa and steamed broccoli

Friday:

  • Lunch: Salmon salad sandwiches with cucumber slices

  • Dinner: Shrimp scampi with linguine and roasted asparagus

Saturday:

  • Breakfast: Veggie omelet with whole-grain toast

  • Lunch: BLT sandwiches with avocado

  • Dinner: BBQ pulled pork sliders with coleslaw

Sunday:

  • Grab-and-go: Yogurt parfaits with granola and fruit

  • Lunch: Leftover pulled pork sliders

  • Dinner: Roast beef with mashed potatoes and green beans
